Every job starts with the same question: what does the site have to do for the business. Not how it should look, but what it does.
The answer decides everything else: how many pages, which package, and whether you need a new site at all or only a fix to the one you have. Sometimes the answer is that the website is not your first problem, and then we tell you.
Nothing holds a client here but a site that keeps working.
How we work
The conversation comes first, the proposal after it. We want to know what you sell, who buys it and what happens when someone calls. Without that, a package is a guess.
You get the price before the work starts. If the scope changes along the way, we say so at once, not at the end.
We hand the site over with the CMS, a guide written for your site, full admin access and the source files, so you can make changes yourself. What that looks like in practice is on Can I update the site myself?
Who we are
Mladen has built websites and worked on search for more than twenty years. He moved to Ladner from Alberta, stayed for the sunny side of South Delta, and runs Delta Website Design from here.

Why clients stay
Not because they have to. Full admin access and the source files are yours from the day of handover, so you can leave whenever you like.
They stay because the site still works years later, and because they know who to call when something needs changing. The portfolio has sites built years ago that are still running.
When there is work you would rather not do yourself, there is website maintenance and SEO. Neither is a condition for the site to work.
If you want to see what this would mean for your business, ask for an estimate or write to us. We will also tell you if we think you do not need some of this.
